My only spending yesterday was on coffee. Not fancy lattes--although I really wanted one--but just coffee at the university spot to get me through the morning classes, and coffee --ugh-- from the machine to get me through the 4+ hour evening class.
Perhaps I should volunteer to make coffee for students? I had one fall asleep the FIRST day of class.
Today's devoted to some freelance editing work and might just turn out to be a NS day.

The whole "latte" factor thing drives me bonkers!
Let me first say, I don't drink coffee, EVER! (so telling me in order to save money I need to cut my daily coffee habit back doesn't work)
Next they say, instead of eating lunch out 5 days a week, cut it back to 2 or 3 days a week. (I have never done that ever either @@ I probably eat lunch out once every other week and usually my boss buys lunch - so that means I MAY pay for lunch out once a month and I rarely spend more than $3 - - again, not really helping with the saving money thing)
99% of the so-called ideas to save money are for people who obviously have disposable income to blow on "crap." (IMO it is crap, I don't care that people spend their money on *crap*, it is THEIR money)
I would love, just once, to read some money saving ideas that are ALL *normal*, not a few mingled with most that don't apply to every single (okay, obviously there could/should/would be exceptions...) person.
